We founded Simple IT because we saw a gap in how technology was being delivered to technology consultancies and professional services firms. Most IT providers were either break-fix shops that only showed up when something was broken, or large enterprise vendors that treated every business like it needed the same complex solutions.

But the businesses we talked to were dealing with something different. They had distributed teams working from multiple locations. They were growing fast and needed technology that could scale with them. They wanted to use modern tools like cloud platforms and collaboration software, but they needed guidance on doing it securely and efficiently.
