In-House IT Cost Calculator
What does your IT really cost?
Most growing companies buy IT one hire at a time. See what that costs once benefits and payroll taxes are in, and which parts of IT nobody is covering yet. Takes about three minutes.
Step 1 of 5
Your company
Two numbers we use to size the cost of lost time.
Filled in with an example 60-person company. Change any number to match yours.
Step 2 of 5
The three levels of IT
Every company needs all three. Mark the ones you have someone for today and enter what you pay them. Salaries start at Indianapolis-area benchmarks, and we add benefits and payroll taxes for you.
Step 3 of 5
Gap check: planning and support
Answer for how things work today. "Not sure" is a fair answer.
Step 4 of 5

Where do the salary numbers come from?
They're Indianapolis-area figures from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Change them to what you actually pay. Your numbers will always beat a benchmark.
